The St. Louis Cardinals and free-agent outfielder Corey Dickerson agreed to a one-year contract, pending a physical, a source told Derrick S. Goold of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch.
The pact is worth $5 million and includes performance bonuses, according to Mark Feinsand of MLB.com.
Dickerson, 32, slashed .271/.326/.408 with six home runs over 109 games between the Miami Marlins and Toronto Blue Jays last season.
The 2017 All-Star owns a career .815 OPS with three 20-plus homer campaigns over nine years in the majors.
