Texas Rangers general manager Jon Daniels announced three minor leaguers are showing symptoms of COVID-19, according to Evan Grant of the Dallas Morning News.
The three have not been tested for the coronavirus but are being treated as presumed positive. Names weren't released, but Daniels says the players have self-quarantined and are "doing better."
Two of the three players have connections to people who tested positive for the virus.
Daniels added that others in the Rangers organization have been linked to possible infection, including one player whose family member became ill and another whose relative died from the disease.
