Watch: Angels douse Maybin with toiletries to celebrate birthday

Welcome to the Los Angeles Angels, Cameron Maybin.

The outfielder, acquired in an offseason trade with the Detroit Tigers, celebrated his first birthday - his 30th - as an Angel on Tuesday and was the recipient of a strange kind of shower from his teammates.

As documented on Instagram, Maybin was drenched with what appeared to be every liquid imaginable from the clubhouse.

He did manage to do a terrific job of maintaining his statue-like form throughout the prank, though, so there's something he can be happy about.
