Milwaukee Brewers general manager David Stearns has been busy during the offseason, signing a new first baseman in Eric Thames, a closer in Neftali Feliz, and making a splash on the trade front by shipping relief pitcher Tyler Thornburg to the Boston Red Sox.
He also married his partner Whitney this past weekend.
For the occasion, Stearns paid tribute to his work by having a cake replica created of the Brewers' home stadium, Miller Park.
Bradley Sowell of the Seattle Seahawks, who appeared to be in attendance, shared a more detailed view of the finely crafted piece of sugary work on his Instagram account.
