VIDEO: Bale robbed of Clasico goal by dubious refereeing decision
Reuters
Real Madrid forward Gareth Bale tasted El Clasico glory, if fleeting, but for a moment, as he latched onto a cross swung in from the left by Cristiano Ronaldo. Bale's header found the back of the net and Madrid was ahead 2-1 over Barcelona at the Camp Nou.
But, the referee brought an end to those celebrations, blowing his whistle and adjudging that Bale fouled Barcelona left full-back Jordi Alba before heading the ball home.
Madrid wasn't discouraged, though, and minutes later Cristiano Ronaldo scored to give Madrid its rightful 2-1 lead.
