Negotiations between the two parties were believed to have been tricky, but the Russian winger has now inked his return to the club he represented in a loan spell in 2014-15.
During that temporary stay he became a fan favourite, bagging four goals and laying on nine assists in 18 La Liga starts. He spent time on a short loan with Valencia earlier this year, and he was similarly impactful with three strikes in six appearances in the first XI.
