Barcelona to exercise buy-back clause on Denis Suarez

Barcelona announced Sunday the club intends to exercise the buy-back clause on Denis Suarez's contract on July 1 after the Spanish attacking midfielder made a move to Villarreal last season on a four-year deal that included a return option.
Club technical secretary Robert Fernandez announced the club's plan to bring Suarez back to Barcelona, saying that "unless there are any last-minute changes, Denis Suarez will be forming part of the FC Barcelona first team in the 2016-17 season."
Suarez left the Blaugrana in 2014 to join Sevilla on loan, before making a permanent move to Villarreal in 2015, where he scored five goals in 48 total appearances with the Yellow Submarine.
