Bordeaux's highly-coveted Brazilian star Malcom has been recently linked with a summer transfer to German powerhouse Bayern Munich, a move he called "a dream" in an interview with Sky Sports.

The 21-year-old has been connected with the likes of Arsenal and Tottenham after scoring eight goals and recording six assists in 27 Ligue 1 appearances this season, Sport Bild claims he has already agreed in principle to a provisional five-year deal with Bayern.

Malcom didn't validate that report, but did address the rumours in an interview with Sky Sports, as translated by ESPN FC:

"Bayern Munich is one of the biggest clubs in the world and it would be a dream to play there one day," he said.

"Everybody knows Bayern Munich, I'm very happy that they are considering me. I'll continue to keep working hard on my game so that, one day, perhaps a move to Munich turns into reality."

Malcom's recent form hasn't been quite as extraordinary as his strong start to the season, having scored just once in his last 12 matches for Bordeaux. Even though he sees a move to Bayern as a dream, the Bavarian outfit's boss Jupp Heynckes doesn't seem likely to make it a reality anytime soon.

"I have never seen him play," Heynckes told reporters of Malcom, as quoted by the Evening Standard. "Therefore, I am not able (to) give an opinion on him.

"But I don't think there is interest here. He always gets put into the shopping window but nobody really goes after him."
