Report: Sergio Aguero could be out at least a week
Sergio Aguero's foot injury could be worse than first anticipated, and may sideline the Argentinian for up to three games, according to Jamie Jackson of the Guardian.
The Manchester City striker hobbled off from his side's 3-1 win over Southampton on Saturday after clutching what appeared to be his heel, and manager Manuel Pellegrini and Aguero played down the severity of the issue afterwards.
Despite their assurances, City could again be without last year's Premier League Golden Boot winner for a spell.
The injury means that he will be out for Tuesday's League Cup quarter-final against Hull City, while next Saturday's trip to Stoke City and the Champions League group meeting with Borussia Monchengladbach on Dec. 8 could also see City without its prized asset.
The news comes after Aguero was forced to miss seven club matches over much of October and November with a grade two hamstring tear.
