PHOTO: New Everton signing Aaron Lennon isn't grumpy anymore
When Aaron Lennon signed on loan at Everton last winter, he looked unhappy to have shacked up in Merseyside.
Obviously not enamoured with the prospect of repeated plays of The Beatles, bowls of sloppy stew (called "scouse") and rainy strolls around Albert Dock, the 21-time England international looked sullen after leaving Tottenham Hotspur - his home for nearly 10 years.
A few months and a permanent transfer to the Toffees later, and it's a very different story.

On the right: a loanee, unwanted by his parent club and looking like he's been unveiled in the club showers.
On the left: Everton's new £4-million buy, flush with his signing-on fee and clearly revelling in Liverpool life.
Next he'll be tracing back his family tree and claiming he had a musician uncle called John.
