Premier League credits Silva with Toure's goal; players debate credit on Twitter
Credit for the opening goal in Manchester City's comprehensive 3-0 victory over West Bromwich Albion was given to David Silva after it was initially awarded to Yaya Toure, the Premier League announced Thursday.

The lanky Ivorian fired on goal in the ninth minute of the match at The Hawthorns, with the ball flicking off Silva before nutmegging defender Craig Dawson and sputtering over the line.
The two world-class players politely vied for the goal on Twitter prior to the Premier League's official decision.
Me and @21LVA will have an arm wrestle to settle who scored the first goal!! ??? Hope you guys enjoyed my second! ??

It would seem that the two City stars have sorted this issue out amicably and the Spanish international is firmly entrenched on Toure's good side.
Things should remain peachy at the Etihad, as Silva's incisive passing and Toure's goal-poaching will be vital to Manuel Pellegrini's side's title ambitions.
Just don't forget about Yaya's birthday.
