Two second-half substitutes combined in the dying seconds against Czech Republic on Wednesday to send England's Under-19s into their country's fourth final of the summer.
Tottenham Hotspur's Marcus Edwards - who was once compared to Lionel Messi by club boss Mauricio Pochettino - provided a stunning assist to Manchester City's Lukas Nmecha in the 93rd minute to book a spot in Saturday's final against Portugal in Gori, Georgia.

Keith Downing's side continues the trend of Young Lions flourishing in their respective competitions in 2017. England won both Toulon tournament and the Under-20 World Cup earlier this summer, while the country was the defeated finalist in the Under-17 edition of the European Championship.
