Leicester City will hold Premier League title parade on May 16
Supporters of Leicester City are circling their calendars.
Fresh off winning its first-ever Premier League title in unprecedented fashion, Leicester announced Thursday that a victory parade will be hosted Monday, May 16 to celebrate the historic achievement. The Foxes' squad will set off on an open-tour bus through Leicester, travelling from the city's Jubilee Square to Victoria Park.
The parade will also be played out across big screens in Victoria Park, with a helicopter set to follow the squad as the bus drives through the streets, and upon arriving at the park, the players will appear on stage.
Of course, Leicester has essentially been in party mode since May 2, when Tottenham Hotspur was unable to tally three points at Chelsea, confirming that no club would be able to overthrow the Foxes at the top of the Premier League standings.
