Baggies boss Pulis insists loanee Sandro would 'love to stay'
West Bromwich Albion manager Tony Pulis says that on loan midfield linchpin Sandro would like to stay with the West Midlands side when his temporary move from Queens Park Rangers expires in the summer.
And why wouldn't he, as the London Championship side treads water mid-table in the second tier while the Baggies' spot in the top flight is all but certain for a sixth straight season.
"I think he'd love to stay," Pulis offered ahead of the Baggies visit to Sandro's former club Tottenham on Monday night.
"He enjoys the dressing room and has mixed in well."
Sandro, 27, joined West Brom in January on a six-month loan from QPR, and has made nine league appearances despite missing a month with a knee injury.
With a loan move that involves an option to buy clause, Pulis admits that he'll judge the hulking Brazilian at season's end in three week's time.
"He'll play a big part in the next few games and we'll see then," Pulis said.
"That'll give us an overview."
