The Toronto Argonauts provided an update on star quarterback Ricky Ray on Sunday.
"Ray is resting comfortably and remains in the hospital for further evaluation. Ray did undergo concussion protocol testing and reported no current symptoms," the team said in a statement.
The four-time Grey Cup champion suffered a neck injury during the third quarter of Saturday's contest against the Calgary Stampeders after taking a sack and colliding with Cordarro Law.
Ray was carted off the field on a stretcher, but Toronto confirmed he had feeling in all extremities.
