Ricky Ray taken to hospital after suffering neck injury vs. Stampeders
Toronto Argonauts quarterback Ricky Ray suffered an apparent neck injury in the third quarter of the team's game against the Calgary Stampeders on Saturday.
According to TSN's Matthew Scianitti, Ray will be taken to Toronto Western Hospital, but the Argos are calling the visit "purely precautionary." The veteran signal-caller was moving his arms and legs before being transported.
Ray was carted off the field on a stretcher after being sacked by Ja'Gared Davis and colliding with Cordarro Law.
