The Edmonton Eskimos parted ways with veteran wide receiver Adarius Bowman on Monday, the team announced.
The move comes a year after Bowman signed an extension with the Eskimos that would've kept him in the Green and Gold through next season.
The 32-year-old leaves the Eskimos after a seven-year stint that saw him surpass 1,000 receiving yards four times. Bowman was also named a CFL All-Star in three consecutive seasons from 2014-16.
Over his 10-year career with the Eskimos, Winnipeg Blue Bombers, and Saskatchewan Roughriders, Bowman has appeared in 124 games and caught 613 passes for 9,024 yards and 48 touchdowns.
