The news comes after Fury's loss to Oleksandr Usyk in December.
"I'm going to make this short and sweet, I'd like to announce my retirement from boxing," Fury said in the video.
"It's been a blast, I've loved every single minute of it, and I'm going to end with this: Dick Turpin wore a mask. God bless everybody, see you on the other side."
Fury previously retired in 2013 and 2017, and most recently in April 2022 after defeating Dillian Whyte. He returned in December of that same year.
A long-awaited fight against Anthony Joshua was rumored to have been in the works for this year.
If this is the end, Fury retires with a career 34-2-1 record.
