The tackling machine that is Allan is finally heading to Southern Italy.
Napoli announced Wednesday that the 24-year-old midfielder completed a medical and signed a contract alongside club president Aurelio De Laurentiis, ending the drawn-out saga of his pursuit once and for all.
Allan joins Napoli from Udinese Calcio in a transfer that took a considerable amount of time to complete. He'll provide Maurizio Sarri's side with a near-impenetrable shield in front of its backline, as he did over the last three years at the Stadio Friuli.
