Juventus unveils blue away kit for upcoming season

While many players were reporting for the first day of training ahead of the 2016-17 season, Juventus unveiled the kit they'll be wearing while on their travels during the forthcoming campaign.

Fans of the club will recognize the look, which harkens back to the 1995-96 campaign in which the Old Lady last captured the Champions League title.

"Drawing inspiration from the club's own tradition, the new away kit was designed to emphasise the tight bond between Juventus and Italy and to recall the blue jersey worn during the UEFA Champions League in 95/96 season," read a club statement.

"Hence the idea of the blue colour for the away jersey with a reinterpretation of an all-time classic in a most innovative way."
