VIDEO: Eichel whizzes puck past Ward
It's not in Jack Eichel's nature to score ugly goals.
Instead, the Buffalo Sabres rookie prefers the pretty variety and he scored another Friday against the Carolina Hurricanes.
Eichel picked up a loose puck at center ice and carried it into the Hurricanes zone before firing a wrist shot over the blocking hand of Cam Ward.

The goal was his eighth of the season, giving him a share of the lead for the most among rookie skaters.
