If all goes according to plan, the Buffalo Sabres will select Boston University star Jack Eichel second overall in the 2015 Draft, but the decision to play pro is still something he has to consider.

During the interview that went viral of Eichel posing with a Sabres T-shirt, the centerman was also asked if he would return to college next year or if he would turn pro, as many expect.

"It's going to be my own decision at the end of the day," Eichel told reporter Olga Khmylev. "I think my heart will tell me what to do."

Being that Eichel is expected to be a future generational player, it would seem most likely that he will find himself on a NHL roster next season.

If competition among men is a concern, consider he scored the game-winning goal for the Americans at the IIHF World Championship on Tuesday and has six points in seven games in the tournament.
