Oilers' Fayne won't return after suffering shoulder injury

The Edmonton Oilers will play the rest of Wednesday's game without defenseman Mark Fayne.
The blue-liner sustained a shoulder injury against the Colorado Avalanche and will not return.
Fayne was ranked 10th on the Oilers in time-on-ice, averaging 18:07 entering Wednesday's contest.
Head coach Todd Nelson did not divulge a timetable or the extent of Fayne's injury after the game, simply stating the defenseman has a sore shoulder.
