VIDEO: Canadiens' Subban blasts point shot past Blue Jackets' McElhinney

P.K. Subban only needed 109 seconds to put the Montreal Canadiens on the scoreboard Thursday against the Columbus Blue Jackets.

Subban wound up for a one-timer off a faceoff and blasted a point shot that eluded Curtis McElhinney for his 12th goal. His shot deflected off Blue Jackets forward Marko Dano and sailed over McElhinney's glove.

Subban is two goals shy of matching his career high set in 2010-11. He also assisted on Max Pacioretty's goal in the first period to raise his season total to 46 points.
