Ennis, Suter, Lundqvist named NHL's 3 stars of the week

The red-hot Buffalo Sabres have put another feather in their cap, producing the league's first star this week. 

Tyler Ennis took home first star honors and extended his team-leading point total to 21 this week, scoring a goal and adding four assists as the Sabres took all three games. 

Minnesota Wild defenseman Ryan Suter secured the second star, leading all defenseman with five points. He matched a career high in single-game points, netting three helpers in a win over the New York Islanders. 

Henrik Lundqvist was named third star, backstopping the New York Rangers to three wins in a row. He stopped 77 of 81 shots, and posted his fifth shutout of the season.
