NHL Game Summary - St. Louis at Dallas

Dallas, TX (SportsNetwork.com) - Jason Dickinson had the last of three third- period goals that carried the Dallas Stars to a 4-3 win over the St. Louis Blues in a preseason clash.

The Stars trailed 2-1 before Curtis McKenzie, Jordie Benn and Dickinson all scored in succession in the final period. Benn's go-ahead marker came 4:19 into the stanza, with Dickinson making it a 4-2 lead less than five minutes later.

Ian Cole tallied with 1:29 left to pull St. Louis within one. Ryan Whitney and Patrik Berglund each lit the lamp earlier for the Blues, with Berglund assisting on Whitney's goal.

Brian Elliott stopped 11-of-12 shots in over 33 minutes of action for St. Louis, but Niklas Lundstrom surrendered three goals on 13 chances in the third period.
