Vaughn Martin agrees to one-year deal with Chiefs

Vaughn Martin has agreed to a one-year contract with the Kansas City Chiefs, according to Yahoo Sports' Rand Getlin. 

Martin played for the San Diego Chargers from 2009-12, and most recently played for the Detroit Lions before being released on June 2.
