Jaguars' Cecil Shorts not expected to play this week

Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Cecil Shorts III, who suffered a muscle strain near his hamstring Sunday, is not expected to play in Week 5 when the Jaguars play the Pittsburgh Steelers.
The fourth-year receiver missed the first two games of the season after suffering through lingering hamstring issues for most of the summer.
He returned in Week 3 and caught five passes for 35 yards and a touchdown.
