Fantasy Pulse: Colts going with the ground game early on

Brian Spurlock / USA TODAY Sports

Given the bevy of receivers the Indianapolis Colts have to work with, plus the much-maligned Trent Richardson, you'd think Indy would turn to the passing game against the Philadelphia Eagles.

After one quarter, however, they have been making a concerted effort to run the football. Richardson has eight carries for 36 yards and Ahmad Bradshaw has four for 43, including a receiving touchdown.

That's all well and good for Richardson and Bradshaw owners, but the same can't be said for those that have Andrew Luck and the Colts' receivers. Luck has just 28 yards passing after one and Reggie Wayne has yet to grab a catch.
