Report: Eagles favorites to land Cooks, likely to cost 2nd-round pick

The Philadelphia Eagles are the most likely landing spot for Brandin Cooks if he is traded, the Sporting News' Alex Marvez reports.
The New Orleans Saints confirmed they are listening to offers for their speedy wideout, but head coach Sean Payton made it clear the team won't give him away for anything less than significant compensation.
The Eagles would probably have to offer their second-round pick (No. 42 overall) to make a trade happen, Marvez reports.
The Tennessee Titans are also reportedly interested in Cooks. They don't own a second-round pick, which could make pulling off a deal much harder.
