Rams' Todd Gurley: Finds end zone in loss

Gurley had 16 carries for 61 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's loss to the Falcons. He also added three receptions for 22 yards in the contest.

Analysis:

Gurley's streak of averaging under 4.0 yards per carry extended to five games Sunday as he was bottled up once again. He was able to bolster his fantasy output by punching in a short yardage touchdown in the fourth quarter of Sunday's rout, but it was still a frustrating showing overall against a Falcons defense that ranked 27th in the NFL in rushing DVOA entering Week 14. Until rookie quarterback Jared Goff gets the Rams passing attack on track, teams will continue to load the box to stop Gurley. He draws a tough matchup in Week 15 when the Rams travel to Seattle to take on the Seahawks.
