Bargain Plays: Penguins Haven't Faltered with Murray in for Fleury
Here are the top sleeper picks for Sunday's five-game slate.
G Matt Murray, Penguins (vs. Flyers)
With Marc-Andre Fleury diagnosed with his second concussion of the season, Murray started Saturday, recording a 5-0 win over the Islanders in Brooklyn. The rookie has been excellent in nine games this season, compiling a 6-2-1 record with a 1.86 GAA and .933 save percentage. The latter two marks would lead the league had he played enough games to qualify.
Murray's DFS price has risen from its initial bargain-basement level, but he's still among the cheapest goaltenders and significantly below the levels of Fleury or even fellow backup Jeff Zatkoff.
The 2012 draft pick is on a personal four-game winning streak, and the scorching hot Penguins have won five straight games, and 11 of their last 12. A playoff spot has been secured, but home ice has yet to be locked up, so don't expect the Penguins to let up Sunday at home to the Flyers. Fatigue should affect the teams equally, with both playing the second of back-to-back games.

LW Magnus Paajarvi, Blues (at Avalanche)
Thanks to an injury to Robby Fabbri, Paajarvi, available at the absolute minimum price on some DFS sites, has found himself playing alongside the duo of Paul Stastny and Troy Brouwer, each of whom are averaging at least a point per game over their last 10.
The 2009 first round pick has two assists in his last three games, to go with five shots. With just eight points in 44 games, he's hardly a prolific scorer, but didn't always feature in such an offensive-minded role. Stastny in particular has six multi-point efforts in his last 10 games, so Paajarvi should be able to produce as long as he continues to ride shotgun on a high-powered line.
The Blues have scored at least four goals in seven of their last 10 games, and rank as the NHL's fourth-highest scoring team post All-Star break.

D Josh Manson, Ducks (vs. Stars)
Like Paajarvi, Manson also isn't known for his offense, but has contributed a goal and three assists over his last 10 games, while averaging 1.6 shots per game. He's tied for third among Ducks defensemen in scoring, with five goals and 10 assists in 66 games.
His main DFS advantages are his extremely low price and role on the NHL's second-highest scoring post All-Star break team. Anaheim has scored seven goals in two earlier games against the Stars, with Manson notching an assist in the one game he suited up for. For those opting to spend down on defense, Manson has reasonable offensive upside thanks to his team's free-scoring ways.
