Boston Red Sox designated hitter David Ortiz embarks on his 20th and final major-league season Monday in Cleveland.
The slugger's larger than life persona has established him as one of the most colorful personalities in sports. In honor of his final season, "Saturday Night Live" had some fun, with comedian Kenan Thompson nailing his impersonation of Ortiz during Saturday's show.
It's not the first time SNL featured an Ortiz segment on its program. Thompson impersonated the nine-time All-Star after he snapped a selfie with U.S. president Barack Obama during the Red Sox visit to the White House after winning the 2013 World Series.
