Evander Holyfield praises Kane: 'Nice overhand right'

Buffalo Sabres forward Evander Kane earned high praise from one of the greatest fighters of all time Wednesday following his epic three-fight night with Florida Panthers defenseman Alex Petrovic.

Five-time world heavyweight champion Evander Holyfield took to Twitter to compliment Kane's dominant performance in Tuesday's scraps.

Kane - who was named after Holyfield - was certainly thrilled about receiving his approval.

As Petrovic discovered firsthand, it's definitely not a very good idea to fight anyone named "Evander."
