Derby confirms move for Angers forward Abdoul Camara
Confirming reports of a potential move across the English channel, Derby County has announced the transfer of Angers forward Abdoul Camara.
The English Championship side announced the purchase Monday, with the Guinea international joining on a three-and-a-half year contract. Financial terms of the move were not disclosed, though reports suggest a fee of £1.25-million.

"Abdoul Camara is a player that we have been monitoring closely and we're pleased to welcome him to Derby County," Rams gaffer Paul Clement told the club's website.

"He has performed very well in Ligue 1 this year and we feel that he has the right attributes to make an impact in a Derby shirt."
Camara, 25, joins fellow former Angers player Jonathan Kodjia at the Pride Park Stadium, as the Rams sit second in the table, poised for a return to top-flight football since a disastrous 11-point Premier League campaign in 2007-08.
