San Francisco 49ers running back Carlos Hyde will be held out of Sunday's contest against the Seattle Seahawks, head coach Jim Tomsula announced Friday.

Hyde has been sidelined since Week 7 as he deals with a stress fracture in his foot. The 49ers running back did not participate in practice all week.

Shaun Draughn will once again have the lead role in the 49ers' offensive backfield, with Kendall Gaskins and Travaris Cadet serving as the primary backups.

Anquan Boldin has practiced in a limited capacity throughout the week, seemingly giving him an opportunity to return after a hamstring injury kept him out for the two games prior. The veteran wideout is officially listed as questionable.
