• Joanna Jedrzejczyk will look to continue her reign of destruction against Valerie Letourneau at UFC 193 in November. "Joanna Champion" has absolutely bulldozed her opponents since the beginning of 2015, running roughshod over Carla Esparza to claim the title before laying waste to Jessica Penne in her first title defense.
• The UFC continues to shore up the 115-pound weight class, adding top-10 talent Karolina Kowalkiewicz to the division in September.
• Originally set to face Joanne Calderwood in the main event of UFC Fight Night 80 in December, streaking prospect Paige VanZant will have to settle for a matchup against talented grappler Rose Namajunas after Calderwood pulled out with an injury.
• Tecia Torres will look to stay unbeaten (though she did lose an exhibition bout in the "TUF" house) when she takes on "The Karate Hottie" Michelle Waterson at UFC 194 in December. Torres last fought at UFC 188 in June, besting Angela Hill via unanimous decision.
