Every Chicago Cubs fan is falling in love with Jake Arrieta after his historic second half, but some are taking their passion for the righty to a higher level.

One fan decided to demonstrate his dedication by getting a portrait of Arrieta shaved into the back of his head:

Arrieta is on the hill Wednesday night for a do-or-die clash with the Pittsburgh Pirates in the National League wild-card game. This fan can only hope for a deep playoff run so he doesn't need another trip to the barber.
