PHOTOS: 'NBA 2K16' releases screenshots of Curry, Davis, Harden
It's never too early to get excited.
Fans and gamers still have almost two full months to wait before "NBA 2K16" hits shelves on Sept. 29, but 2K is serving itself well in slowly disseminating information about the game to keep anticipation high.
First there was the news Spike Lee would be directing the game, then the announcement that Steph Curry, James Harden, and Anthony Davis would share the cover, then that a special edition Michael Jordan cover would be available.
That's all great, but what about the game?
Several screenshots were released Wednesday to further the hype, and they're pretty good. They photos of the three cover athletes - Curry, Harden, and Davis - were posted on Facebook, and while Curry's mouthguard chewing isn't featured, the stills are pretty good.

With the slow roll-out of information to hype the game, fans can probably expect a limited trailer sometime before the end of the month.
