T.J. Oshie hasn't played a game for the Washington Capitals, yet his name is already in the news.
When the skilled forward was traded from the St. Louis Blues to the Capitals, he left a young lady named Libby Lu in tears.
Oshie already made a surprise visit to cheer Libby up, but the superstar went one step further Wednesday, sending her a signed jersey, helmet and other merchandise reports the Washington Post.
