Blues sign Dmitrij Jaskin to 1-year contract

The St. Louis Blues seem to have liked what they saw from rookie Dmitrij Jaskin last season.

The Blues inked the 22-year-old to a one-year contract, the team announced on their official website Friday.

The team's 2011 second-round pick notched 13 goals and 18 points in 54 games in his first season in the NHL.

Jaskin also managed four goals and 15 points in 18 games with the Chicago Wolves of the American Hockey League.
