Ducks sign Matt Hackett, Chris Mueller, Joe Piskula

The Anaheim Ducks signed goaltender Matt Hackett, forward Chris Mueller, and defenseman Joe Piskula, the team announced Wednesday.

The team inked Hackett to a two-year contract, while Mueller and Piskula were each signed to one-year deals.

Hackett suited up for five games with the Buffalo Sabres going 0-4-1 while putting up a 0.884 save percentage and a 4.32 goals-against average.

Meanwhile, Mueller had 14 goals and 40 points in 64 games with the Hartford Wolf Pack of the American Hockey League, and Piskula had one goal and 17 points in 67 games for the Milwaukee Admirals of the AHL.
