The St. Louis Blues signed forward Jori Lehtera to a 3-year contract extension, the team announced Wednesday.
Lehtera is coming off his first season in the NHL, in which he proved to be a vital part of the Blues' forward group. The 27-year-old had 14 goals and 44 points in 75 games during the regular season.
The contract will kick in at the beginning of the 2016-17 season.
