Robinson Cano believes he can play Sunday, Ryan Divish of the Seattle Times reports.

Cano, who was hit in the head by an errant throw in warmups prior to the seventh inning Saturday, said he believes he can play Sunday, Ryan Divish of the Seattle Times reports.

The Mariners' team doctor confirmed that Cano could be ready to go Sunday as well. The large knot on his head from getting hit by a ball has reportedly already reduced in size and is barely noticeable. Manager Lloyd McClendon also indicated that he believes Cano should be good to go Sunday.
