Detroit Tigers outfielder Yoenis Cespedes left Thursday's clash with the Oakland Athletics in the third inning due to flu-like symptoms.
Daniel Fields replaced the slugger in left field.
Fantasy owners will want to monitor the Cuban's status prior to Friday's series opener with the Chicago White Sox.
Cespedes entered the contest hitting .286 with seven homers and 28 RBIs in 54 games.
