Casey Wellman signs with HC Spartak Moscow of KHL

Casey Wellman won't be returning to the Washington Capitals next season.
KHL club HC Spartak announced that the 27-year-old forward has signed with the club.
Wellman has played 54 career games with the Minnesota Wild and Capitals, earning 16 points.
He spent 2014-15 with the AHL's Hershey Bears, recording 54 points in 73 games.
