- Rob Gronkowski isn't just the most valuable tight end by a mile - an argument can be made he's the most valuable player in fantasy football. The advantage he gives his owners every week can make up for a lot of deficiencies at other positions.
- Jimmy Graham moves from one of the most favorable situations for a tight end to one of the least desirable. Even if the Seahawks vastly increase their tight end targets and Graham matches the best efficiency of his career, his ceiling is no higher than several of his best seasons in New Orleans.
- We'll find out this season if Travis Kelce is truly a slightly younger, slightly smaller, slightly less dominant version of Gronkowski. The reward if he is is well worth the risk of passing on a player like Martellus Bennett or Greg Olsen. We know who those guys are.
- Julius Thomas doesn't control his own value. He's almost entirely dependent on Blake Bortles.
