These rankings are intended for use in dynasty and keeper fantasy football formats. They are influenced by a variety of short- and long-term factors, including a player's talent, place on the depth chart, age, injury history, and contract.

- For the first time, Andrew Luck steps ahead of Aaron Rodgers in the rankings. Expect him to remain in that spot for the better part of the next decade.
- The gulf between Rodgers and the third-ranked passer, Russell Wilson, is a big one. Owners are advised to prioritize acquiring top running backs and wide receivers over Wilson or any quarterback ranked below him.
- Players like Peyton Manning, Tony Romo and Philip Rivers don't have many years of top production left in them, but they're as close as there is to a sure thing, and often that's preferred over a young passer with potential to bust.
