21. Cincinnati Bengals - Marcus Peters, CB, Washington

From a pure on-field talent perspective, the argument could easily be made for Peters as the best cornerback in the draft. Addressing a pass defense that has struggled of late, the Bengals would get a player that could be a top-10 talent were it not for some off-field questions.

22. Pittsburgh Steelers - Shane Ray, DE/OLB, Missouri

Ray's slide ends here, as the Steelers are happy to add an edge rusher many feel is among the best in the class. Though his talents better project to a 4-3 defensive end than 3-4 outside linebacker, Pittsburgh would make certain he's rushing the passer more often than not regardless of listed position.

23. Detroit Lions - T.J. Clemmings, OT, Pittsburgh

The Lions are another team needing an upgrade on the offensive front if they want to make the most of their elite-level talent at the skill positions. While Clemmings could end up at right tackle to start his career, he has the ability teams will be looking for in a long-term solution on the left side as well.

24. Arizona Cardinals - Todd Gurley, RB, Georgia

Despite the ACL injury that ended his final college season, Gurley's incredible ability makes him a first-round lock and potential top-tier back in the NFL. The Cardinals should be more than happy to make the pick here, as he could easily be the missing piece that puts their offense over the top.

25. Carolina Panthers - D.J. Humphries, OT, Florida

Whether it's up front or at wide receiver, the Panthers have to get Cam Newton some help on the offensive side. Possessing as much physical ability as any tackle in this class, Humphries could step in on either side of the line and have a positive impact as a rookie.

26. Baltimore Ravens - Breshad Perriman, WR, UCF

With Torrey Smith departing in free agency, the Ravens are left with a glaring need at wide receiver. The incredible speed and athletic ability Perriman showcased at his pro day could easily vault him to this spot, where he'd quickly step in as a dangerous vertical threat for quarterback Joe Flacco.

27. Dallas Cowboys - Eddie Goldman, DT, Florida State

The Cowboys' defense exceeded expectations due in large part to a dominant ball-control offense, but it's no secret they'll need to add talent on that side of the ball early in the draft. Goldman is a dominant interior presence against the run that, even if limited to a two-down role, would be well worth this selection.

28. Denver Broncos - Jordan Phillips, DT, Oklahoma

Having lost Terrance Knighton in free agency and making the switch to a 3-4 base front, the Broncos are in the market for a nose tackle. Both highly productive against the run and possessing some ability to push the pocket, Phillips would be a strong addition for Denver at the end of the first round.

29. Indianapolis Colts - Cameron Erving, C, Florida State

The Colts are set up for long-term success with Andrew Luck under center, so their top pick should be used to protect him. Making the move from tackle to center saw Erving emerge as a first-round talent and - even as a rookie - he'd be a much-needed upgrade to the starting lineup.

30. Green Bay Packers - Eric Kendricks, LB, UCLA

After parting ways with both A.J. Hawk and Brad Jones early in the offseason, the Packers got even weaker at an already-thin inside linebacker spot. Kendricks addresses that need, stepping in as an every-down player and allowing Green Bay to keep Clay Matthews on the edge.

31. New Orleans Saints (via Seattle) - Eli Harold, DE/OLB, Virginia

With their second of two first-round picks - acquired from the Seahawks in the Jimmy Graham trade - the Saints should address their edge rush. Like some others at his position, Harold may be raw in his pass-rush ability, but some impressive athletic traits give him a fairly high ceiling at the NFL level.

32. New England Patriots - Kevin Johnson, CB, Wake Forest

Darrelle Revis and Brandon Browner played key roles in the Patriots' Super Bowl run, so cornerback becomes a pressing need with both players leaving in free agency. An experienced and polished corner, Johnson could fill the position quite nicely early in his pro career.
