Winnipeg Jets forward Mathieu Perreault will not take part in Sunday's game against the Arizona Coyotes, head coach Paul Maurice said at the morning skate.
Maurice said he does not expect Perreault to play against the Columbus Blue Jackets on Wednesday, but the head coach is hopeful for the forward's return after the All-Star break.
The winger was cross-checked by Chicago Blackhawks forward Dan Carcillo on Friday. Carcillo will have a hearing with the league's Department of Player Safety.
